Im so happy!!!!
I rent the rug doctor at my local market very three months. I have 3 small children and 3 dogs.... I should rent it more often then that. This morning my husband told me he ordered me my very own rug doctor, and I couldn't be happier. I have used so many companies and brands and rug doctor is by far the best .

Your machine does what it says but the only issue I have is it says its a 3 gallon tank but only holds 1 1/2 gallons???

After fighting with a Bissell that refused to work correctly, even after being serviced, I decided to rent a rug doctor. I had all the carpets in my house cleaned in no time. The amount of dirt it removed was astounding, and even the basement carpet with pet stains that were years old came totally clean. What I loved was the large amount of water the tank holds, the ease of taking the cleaner apart and putting it back together, and the ease of cleaning the unit after cleaning the carpets. I will only continue to rent this machine until I can afford to buy it. With dogs in the house, having a cleaner is a must -- and this machine is better than anything else I've used. No frills, just performance.

After years of experimenting with allegedly professional carpet cleaning services and less than stellar home models, we took the leap after having rented a RugDoctor.\r\n\r\nWe decided on the standard size since we have mostly area rugs, some wool and various other naps and grades of carpet. Our upholstered furniture varies a great deal too, and the RugDoctor handled them all with little effort and produced an almost embarrassing amount hidden dirt, with little moisture renaming. This was head and shoulders above our Hoover and Kirby performance, and at least equaled, in some cases exceeded professional work, who's staff and time schedules left us uncomfortable.\r\n\r\nThe real test of the RugDoctor came when a friend asked if we'd give her carpet a try, since it appeared permanently damaged by oily tar from a new driveway. After only one pass using the High Traffic and regular shampoo, the improvement was amazing; two more and the carpet was restored to new.

I love the Mighty Pro. I owned a Bissell and it fell apart in 18 months. Rug Doctor cleans better and is so much higher quality. Keep up the good work

Four years ago, with two Siberian Huskys, I got so tired of either hiring my carpets done, or using the Bissell carpet cleaner we owned. The Bissell was almost acceptable, but took all night for just one room, and the carpets took forever to dry. One time a carpet seam came undone from being so damp for so long. In three years we had gone through two Bissell carpet machines, expensive ones, and I had spend many a weekend cleaning carpet with them. We rented a Rug Doctor three times, doing the entire first floor in the home in one evening, and the second floor in the morning. This was a great machine. The only thing better would be to own my own machine. So we went and bought a Mighty Pro. Never looked back. We have the cleanest floors, downstairs in an evening after work, and the upstairs another evening. The carpets are always dry in the morning. The OxySteam cleaning solution is great. We use it at 1/2 cup for 2 gal of water, and it cleans wonderfully. I then go over the cleaned carpet with plain water in the Mighty Pro. To think I wasted so much money on two Bissells and all those extra days of work and dry time. Start out with your last and best carpet cleaner, a Rug Doctor.

Received my Wide Track Rug Doctor Carpet Cleaner on Wednesday - just finished doing the whole house in just under 1-1/2 hours with 7 tank refills and the carpet looks perfect! We normally have used Steri-Clean and Chem-Dry services in the past and had to do the entire house at once to make the service cost-effective. Had I known this machine would work this well I would've gotten one years ago. p.s. Our 2 cats agree - the RD cleaning product solution is perfectly acceptable, non-allergenic, and both of them have no problem with even the slightly damp carpets (they usually refuse to touch the newly cleaned ones after the pros have left for hours on end). Thank you for a great product that really works!

Rug Doctor Took Care of Smoke Damage

I was so impressed with your machine that I thought I would email you a picture of a carpet I cleaned on our ranch after a fire. With one pass of the Rug Doctor, so much smoke was cleaned out of these carpets that they are almost white again. I was certain that cleaning them would be a waste of time. But thanks to your wonderful machine it is almost as good as new. After a second cleaning I'm sure I won't be able to tell there was any smoke damage to begin with!\r\n\r\nThank you so much.

I wanted to supply you with testimonial for the Mighty Pro Rug Doctor machine. I purchased mine early last year and it has been the best purchase I have made since buying my house 10 years ago. I had rented out my house for a couple of years and when I moved back in to my house the carpet was literally black. There were areas where there was oil in the carpet! It was a nightmare. At this time I had a Eureka carpet shampooer; I spent 6 hours trying to clean the carpet in my living room one day and literally burned out the motor. Then I made the mistake by purchasing a Bissell. That was a joke!\r\n\r\nI spent at least 6 weeks in trying to get my carpet cleaned and was ready to make the final move of pulling it all up and just trashing it. Then I made the decision to spend the money on a Mighty Pro Rug Doctor. I couldn't believe the difference. And to this day, I still have my carpet and it smells clean and looks new. It is wonderful. I also have a Jimmy S15 that is 18 years old. I shampooed the entire truck, including the overhead liner, the carpet and the seats, and the truck looks new on the inside! It is wonderful! We recently bought a home that once housed numerous kids and animals of all sorts. The carpets were unbearable and we were making the plans to invest in replacing them for thousands of dollars. I convinced my wife to rent a Rug Doctor from a local grocery store to attempt to clean the carpets good enough to not be so ashamed to allow friends and family to come visit until we could afford to replace them. I used the Rug Doctor Pro on my living room rug. It is a pure white rug, and I rent the house. I have three young kids from 2-4 years of age, that has spilled Chocolate milk, juice, and various other product on the floor. Every body, that saw the rug, thought it was ruined. I thought I was looking at thousands of dollars to replace it. The Rug Doctor got out every stain and now it looks as if I had a new rug put in. Thank you for a great product.

I just have to say that I have used different steam cleaners in the past and spent twice the money and when I used the rug doctor I fell in love! It lifted even the toughest stains and left my carpet looking like it did when I moved in!

Just wanted to write to tell you how impressed I am with your machine. As a cleaning supply junkie, I have tried many, many products. I have owned three carpet cleaners and still own a brand new carpet cleaner purchased from a local store. When I saw the video of your machine, I had to have it, but I had some doubts that it would out clean my other machine. It blew it away!\r\n\r\nYour machine left my family room carpet looking brand new. No more traffic patterns and the texture and feel of the carpet was renewed.
