cleaned the carpet and left no residew or sticky film on the rug. Stains and odors are gone in 1 cleaning! Rugs dried wihin the hour. Didn't realize how very dirty my carpet was until I emptied the tank. This machine does a great job. Handle is a little awkward and short when cleaning. Hard to reach in corners. I think your product is very good but the only issue I have with it is the handle is too low for me to pull on as I have a bad back. What I would like to see is a handle that is adjustable height wise and also capable of adjusting the angle of the handle, then you would have the best carpet cleaning machine available for all types of people.Value - Author: Kristin Evans

I have been using the rug doctor for 3 years now and love it. I have tried a few other carpet cleaners but none compare. The Rug Doctor is easy to use, reliable in cleaning stains, and isn't nearly as expensive as other machines. Over all, it is the best!!Value
